A Little about us
I’m 54 years old, happily married to Irene Sarmiento for over 30 years. Together we’ve built a family of six children and now have the joy of two grandchildren. Irene is not only my life partner, she’s also a pedagogue, holds a master’s degree in family counseling, and is a certified family coach. Both of us believe that true education doesn’t only happen inside a classroom — it also happens in life, especially when adventure and nature go hand in hand.
Today, I want to share one of the most meaningful experiences we offer at Dare and Explore: our summer camp in Canada 2025. This is not just another vacation or a way to "pass the time." It’s much more than that. It’s a journey of growth, personal discovery, and life-changing moments for every adventurer who joins us.
