About the event
Sixteen days in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. A Dare and Explore adventure designed for Rothesay Netherwood School students, based in Canmore, Alberta.
The adventure
Six days of alpine skiing across three legendary mountains — Nakiska, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise — with certified instructors guiding every run and grouping students by ability.
Beyond the slopes: ice climbing on frozen waterfalls, dog sledding with professional mushers, snowshoeing through quiet winter forest, tobogganing, ice skating and paintball.
And the Rockies themselves: Peyto Lake and the Icefields Parkway, Bow Falls, the town of Banff, and a day in Calgary.
